About the Business
They opened for business from 'the hut' in Old Street, Duntocher, selling parts and tyres. As the business grew it became clear a larger site was needed and in 1974 the business moved to its present location, the corner of Dumbarton Road and Great Western Road in Duntocher. Over the years the business has been expanded to supply tyres, parts and paint not only to the local area but also to Rothesay, Dunoon, Campbeltown, Oban and the Isle of Islay; supplying to both the public and to the trade.
In 2000 the building was extended to house a bigger tyre bay, a repair bay and storage area for our vast selection of tyres. Due to customer demand, in 2001 the business moved into servicing and repairing vehicles, fitting exhausts, brakes and clutches. In October 2009 we opened our new M.O.T. bay, thus enabling the business to offer a more all-round service.
