We Develop & Manufacture Exhaust Systems for Original Equipment Manufacturers for the Car and Motorcycle Industries. The Industries we support are: Automotive, Motorcycle, Motorsport, Commercial Vehicle, Marine. We manufacture one-off bespoke development silencers and prepare our customers exhausts ready for European homologation & TUV approval, then proceed to manufacture low to medium volume production batches.
Birchills Automotive supply many Aftermarket Custom Fit Centres with Exhaust Silencers / Mufflers, Tail Trims / Tips / Finishers, Baffles, Flanges, Flexi Tubes / Iloks, 'Y' Pieces, Cones, Tube Bends & Tube Bending, Commercial Beadings etc. We manufacture prototypes, bespoke one-off products including silencers from 32mm to 500mm diameter X 200mm to 1000mm in length. The internals of the silencers is manufactured to suit our customer's requirements.
