About the Business
In 2005 Jamie Seal became Commercial Director at APD Autoparts & Diagnostics. He had previously been Eastern & Central European Sales Manager for AP (Lockheed and Borg & Beck) from 1995 to 2000 and then for Delphi Automotive Systems from 2000 to 2005. It was this experience that led to the approach by Sealey Tools to ask APD to become their Representative for the Eastern & Central European markets. These brands are market leaders in the UK for their chosen product lines but previous to working with APD had not focused on the Eastern & Central European markets.
Our role is to use our extensive knowledge of these markets to seek and appoint suitable distributors to represent our brands. Over the last 5 years, APD have grown sales of these brands to significant levels, working with some of the territories largest distributors, often themselves members of European buying groups.
